1、 Preface
JT32-15 Pin Calibration Machine is a self-developed by our company for correcting pins in transformers, magnetic rings, inductors, filters, and other devices. After calibration, the pins can be easily dropped without damaging the pins or the skeleton. Insert the product directly into the circular hole of the fixture, gently press and hold the foot pedal with your hand, and use the pneumatic foot pedal to start the machine. The entire process is completed in 2-3 seconds. Convenient and fast to use, with high processing efficiency and wide applicability.
2： Main features
◆ The overall design is compact and compact. The surface of the whole machine is made of aluminum plate, with sandblasting and oxidation treatment on the surface. The design is flat and conforms to ergonomic design, with low fatigue during long-term operation. The overall packaging adopts aluminum alloy packaging, making the whole machine lighter and more aesthetically pleasing.

3： Installation instructions
1. Connect the 8MM connector of the filter to the air inlet, and the 6MM connector on the other side to the position of the machine's air pipe. Check the filter daily for water. There is an outlet at the bottom of the water cup, and gently press to drain the water to avoid affecting the quality of the cylinder.
Attention: If the air pressure is adjusted below 0.6MPA, the pin will rebound and try to adjust to low air pressure.
2.220V to 24V external power conversion, safe and reliable. Connect the foot switch and power supply two electrical connectors according to the markings and do not connect them incorrectly. 4： Parameters

6： Adjustment instructions
Adjusting the machine mainly involves loosening and tightening 8 adjustment screws, and adjusting them to the position where the circular holes on the upper and lower plates of the fixture are staggered during operation, which is exactly the maximum position of one pin. Generally, it has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and when replacing the fixture, fine adjustments should be made. First, adjust the machine by testing a product and identifying the direction of pin skewness. When the overall skewness is towards the diagonal direction, 1 # 2 # screws are slightly tight, and 5 # 6 # screws are slightly loose. The other direction is the same. Be careful not to be too tight and try not to get stuck.
5： Maintenance
After about a week of use, open panel 2, clean the rosin tin powder stuck inside with a shovel, and brush it clean with a brush. Try to keep the machine tidy during use to extend its lifespan. Attention: For some products that are dirty, please clean them up more.
